About this Process
Our process for completing a project is roughly the same across all of our services, the only difference is in the scale of the work to be done. When it comes to renovations, these are “typically” the “smaller” projects that we run into. Everyone has their dream, so we can’t say they are all small, because why wouldn’t you want to dream big and them make that dream come true?!
Our process has many stages, but here is a rough layout of what you will get to take part in:
- Meet with Mike Carpinelli to discuss your ideas
- Meet with Mike and the Architect and/or Interior Designer
- Review the plans/drawings
- Periodic walkthroughs throughout the construction process
- Final walkthrough + revisions
- Final inspection and the lovely handoff of the keys!
